SHIPPING

WNDRLND is a platform for curated independent jewellery designers to showcase and offer you chance to own a piece of their treasure. All pieces are lovingly created and sent direct from the designers to you, if you have purchased from more than one designer, you will receive a separate package from each designer. Please be aware that the dispatch and shipping options available may vary from designer to designer including made to order items which will have a longer dispatch time, as stated on the designers product page under the SHIPPING INFO drop down tab. The costs of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

  • After placing an order you will receive an email informing you we have received your order.
  • When your order has been dispatched and shipped from the designer, you will receive email notification that your treasure has been Completed and on its way.

Please note full shipping options for each product may not always be available when numerous items are purchased together.

USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZELAND, SOUTH AFRICA

Allow 5-8 working days from dispatch. Designer will advise if available to ship to chosen country and cost.

 

TAX & DUTIES

Please note that if your order is from outside the EU, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes that are liable once your package reaches the country of destination.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Once an order has left the chosen designer, it will then be under the care of the delivery company who will require a signature . WNDRLND nor the designer can not be held responsible for any errors or postal delays made by the delivery provider. Please allow 8 working days for your order to arrive before reporting it missing.

 

RETURNS

Both WNDRLND and our community of designers want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we accept that not all purchases are loved.  If for what ever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your chosen treasure then a full refund will be issued following the WNDRLND ‘Returns Policy’.

 

RETURNS POLICY 

  • A refund/ returns authorisation (RA) number must be requested, though ‘MY ACCOUNT’ within 7 days of delivery.
  • All returned packages must be returned to the designer within 7 days of receipt of issuing your Returns Authorisation (RA) form.
  • All returns must be sent back to the designer in the original packing provided. Please do not return to WNDRLND HQ or return without your RA form inserted as this will have major impact on your refund process.
  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
  • Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and designer packaging such as dust bags may not be accepted.
  • We recommend all return items as returned using a signed for delivery method, insure the goods to their value and retain proof of purchase.
  • WNDRLND and our community of designers does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • Returns postage is paid by the customer.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where a shipping error has occurred.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of package receipt and designer confirmation, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions.
  • Refunds will be made to the method used to purchase goods.
  • If your treasure has been received damaged or with manufacturing fault then please contact info@wndrlnd.co.uk within the return period.
  • Please note custom duties and sale taxes are non refundable for shipment outside the European Community (EU).

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE 

  • Any items returned after 14 days of the original order receipt date.
  • Returns received damaged, worn or not in their original condition.
  • Earrings.
  • Unworn rings sized to order, however an exchange may be at the designers discretion.
  • Customised or personalised piece, made to a specification. – unless there is a confirmed design flaw.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Go into ‘MY ACCOUNT’.
  • Click ‘VIEW” to review the order you wish to return. If you have products purchased from multiple sellers you will need to click ‘VIEW” of that individual order.
  • Click ‘REQUEST REFUND’ – a box required to be completed will appear.
  • If you require the whole order to be refund (minus the shipping cost) then click ‘Full amount’.
  • If you are only returning part of the order then click ‘Partial amount of’ then on the ‘Amount’
    text type in the amount to be refunded (minus the shipping).
  • In the ‘Because’ box type a brief reason for the return.
  • Click ‘Send My Request’ button. – ‘Refund request submitted successfully’ box will appear. Press OK
  • Within 48 hours you will be emailed a Returns Authorisation (RA) form. Remember to check
    your junk mail and if you haven’t received the RA form within 48 hours then you must contact info@wndrlnd.co.uk.
  • Print off your RA form, complete in full, insert into return package and return to the designer
  • Please note unauthorised returns/ exchanges may be returned to the sender.
  • Once the designer receives your returned item, they will notify us that it’s not damaged and
    WNDRLND will authorise a refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the method used to purchase goods with.
